Visa requirements

Please note that for visits resulting from invitation by an Italian institution to participate in a special event (visa for "Invitation"), applicants are asked to contact the Italian Diplomatic/Consular Representations for specific information concerning the required documents and conditions foreseen.

Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. The EUCAS organizers encourage you to apply for visa as early as possible, so that the visa can be issued on time.

If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact the conference secretary by email (visa@eucas2013.org) and provide the following information:

- Full Name

- Complete mailing address

- Phone and fax number

- Copy of the Passport (containing number, expiration date, country issued)

- Date of birth

- Gender

Your letter will be faxed and mailed to you, so request it well in advance of when you expect to need it.

The conference organizers cannot intervene with Italian Embassies abroad or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of any participant
